If you agree, click on "I read and agree"
Click on "Sign up"
Then we will send you a verification mail to your email account and to finish creating your account, you need to verify your email (Sometimes it may take 5 to 10 minutes to receive the email)
When you received the verification email, click on "Verify your email"
After you successfully verified you can log in to your account
Enter your first name and last name
Click on "Finish"
Didn't receive the verification email
Sometimes it may take 5 to 10 minutes to receive the email.
Still, if you didn't receive the email follow these steps:
Go to the "success-signup" page. Once you signed up, you will be directed to it automatically.Or "Login" using your email you entered when signing up and password and you will be directed to "success-signup" page. Then, check if you have entered the correct email address.
If you have entered the correct email address, click on "Didn't receive a verification email or want to use a different email?"
Then click on "Resend verification email"
If you have entered the wrong email address, don't worry. Nobody can login to your account without the password. So, click on "Didn't receive a verification email or want to use a different email?"
Enter your correct email address in "New email address" and click on "Change email address"
Have a problem with verifying the account
Click again the "Verify your mail" button on the verification email.
If you still having the problem, click on the link bellow the "Verify your email" button or copy and paste it to your browser.
If your problem isn't fixed, send us an email to help@wehelpp.org using the email you used to sign up with WeHelpp.
